After careful consideration and our assessment of risk posed to staff and customers, we have taken the difficult decision to remain closed until 4th January 2021. We felt that the alert level and prevalence of Coronavirus in Wolverhampton meant that by opening our office customers and staff would be unnecessarily exposed to the threat of infection.

As we move closer to the Christmas period repairs will continue to operate as normal up to 14th December 2020 when we will revert to emergencies only.
There are many options available for tenants to pay rent or make enquiries. However, if you feel that the current options do not suit your circumstances, we encourage you to contact the office and speak to a Housing Officer who will provide you with advice and assistance.
